IF ITEM IS DELIVERED DAMAGED
< US domestic >
Please notify me within 14 days of your delivery date. It’s free return shipping! Please take the photography of package & damaged product. I will provide you the return shipping label, and ship me your damaged order within 2 weeks. When I receive your returned item, I will send you the replacement or issue refund.
< Outside US >
Please notify me within 14 days of your delivery date. Please note that I can’t be responsible for the custom fee since every country’s custom is different. Shipping & custom fees will NOT be refunded IN ANY CONDITIONS. When I receive your returned item, I will send you the replacement or issue refund.
TRACKING SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED, BUT DIDN’T RECEIVE THE ORDER
1. Please ask your neighbor if your order was delivered to them.
2. Sometimes, mail carrier marks “delivered” days ahead of actual delivery. Please give 24hours for the order to be delivered. Since the tracking history has the scan time marks, you can contact your local post office with your tracking number, and they can find more about your package.
3. If Item is stolen, I can not be responsible for stolen item. Having a correct address, secure surroundings of your address or installing the better security in your address is outside of my control.
4. Once the tracking history is marked “delivered”, it is considered as delivered and it will be between you and your local post office.
